If you are not happy with the product you received, we will send you a replacement—completely free of charge.

How to Request a Replacement

If you are unsatisfied with your CapKeep purchase for any reason, simply follow these steps to receive a
replacement:

1. Navigate to our “Contact Us” Page – Go to the ”Contact Us” section on the bottom of our site.

2. Complete the Contact Form – Provide your order number and a brief reason for your request.

3. Upload a Photo – Attach a clear image of the product you received.

4. Submit Your Request – Once received, our team will review and process your request.

We will send you a replacement package at no additional cost—no need to ship anything back!

Replacement Terms & Conditions

  • The Replacement Guarantee is valid for 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • Only one replacement request per order is allowed.
  • If your package is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it with the correct product.
  • Replacement items will be sent using standard shipping and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
  • We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the policy guidelines (e.g., fraudulent claims).
